Smoke and nicotine free

Support program for smokers to quit quickly

Diseases of the vessels often only become apparent when considerable damage has already occurred.

For example. a limitation of the walking distance only takes place when the arteries are already occluded. Similarly, if there is manifest reduced blood flow in the brain, the risk of stroke is considerably increased. It is problematic that those affected in this situation are additionally already long-time smokers. This is where the vicious circle begins: in order to ensure recovery and a good chance of success for the treatment of the vascular disease, it is necessary to stop smoking immediately. This, in turn, only succeeds in rare cases.

In cooperation with psychosomatic internists and psychologists of the Medical University of Brandenburg (MHB), the EFVM develops stop-smoking programs which, through simple application, directly help the patient to stop smoking.
